(2) Construction address: The remaining plots of land (A #, B #) in the Shoukai District of Xigangtou Chengzhong Village renovation are located south of Zhengang Road and on both sides of Beidu Street in Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. (3) Delivery location: To the south of Zhengang Road and on both sides of Beidu Street in Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, on the remaining plots of land (A #, B #) in the Shoukai District of Xigangtou Chengzhong Village renovation (designated location for user construction site). (4) Construction scale: The total construction area of the remaining plot (A #) in the first development area of Xigangtou Chengzhong Village renovation project is 114868.91 square meters, with a total underground area of 40607.28 square meters; The total construction area of the remaining plot (B #) in the first development area of Xigangtou Chengzhong Village renovation project is 122894.05 square meters, with a total underground area of 37080.06 square meters. (5) Delivery and installation schedule: After the contract is signed, the window frame installation shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the notice from the tenderer; The installation of glass, opening fan and gauze fan shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the notice from the tenderer. Service period: From the date of contract signing to the end of the warranty period specified in the contract.
