Ankang Branch (Tender No.: GXTC-C-25570281) through an open bidding form. The project funds are self raised by the tenderer and meet the bidding conditions. Potential bidders who are interested and capable of providing the subject matter are invited to participate in the bidding. 1. Bidding content, scale and scope: Scale: Ankang Branch 2025 Monitoring Center Duty Service Procurement Project Scope: This bidding project is divided into [1] sections, and this bidding is for (001) China Postal Savings Bank Co., Ltd. Ankang Branch 2025 Monitoring Center Duty Service; Budget amount: 450000 yuan (including tax). Service scope: On duty service for the monitoring center of Ankang Branch in 2025. Service period: 1 year. Service location: China Postal Savings Bank Ankang Branch, Nanhuan Road West Section, Hanbin District, Ankang City. 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 2.1 Basic Qualification Requirements for Bidders 2.1.1 Bidders shall be legally and financially independent legal entities or legally registered organizations within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). The bidder operates legally and independently from the tenderer and bidding agency. 2.1.2 If the legal representative or unit leader of the bidder is the same person or if there are different units with controlling or management relationships, they shall not participate in the bidding of the same section or the bidding of the same bidding project without dividing the section. 2.1.3 The bidder shall provide a commitment letter regarding the issuance of value-added tax special invoices for this project. (Except for situations where relevant national laws and regulations do not apply to the issuance of value-added tax special invoices). 2.1.4 The goods or services that the bidder intends to provide for this project must meet the qualification conditions and relevant requirements stipulated by the state and the tenderer. Ensure that all content in its response file is true and valid. A commitment letter must be provided. 2.1.5 Consortium is not accepted for this project. 2.1.6 This project does not accept agents. 2.2 The bidder shall not have any of the following situations (a commitment letter shall be provided). 2.2.1 The bidder is ordered to suspend business, production or bankruptcy status; 2.2.2 If the bidder's assets are reorganized, taken over, sealed, seized or frozen; 2.2.3 If the bidder is included in the bidder's supplier management blacklist, and their corresponding products or services are within the scope of relevant prohibited measures such as items, regions, and time specified in the blacklist; 2.2.4 The bidder has a significant record of illegal activities in the past three years and has been subjected to; Credit China; (www.creditchina. gov.cn) included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement or major tax illegal dishonest entities, or included in the list of government procurement serious illegal and dishonest behavior records by the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) or by national enterprises
