(R&D Institute) to conduct inquiry procurement for its "Data Center UPS Host Maintenance and Backup Battery Pack Update Project (Redemption)". 1. Procurement Project Introduction 1.1 Procurement Project Name: Data Center UPS Host Maintenance and Backup Battery Pack Update Project (Redemption) 1.2 Procurement Project Funding Source: Self raised by the Enterprise 1.3 Procurement Project Overview: This project aims to repair and update the existing UPS (uninterruptible power supply) battery pack in the purchaser's data center to improve the stability and reliability of the UPS system, ensure the continuous power supply of the data center in case of mains power failure, and guarantee the continuity of business and data integrity. 1.4 Number of successful suppliers: 1.4.1 ■√ 1 1.4.2 □/1 1.5 Others:/2. Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: The purchaser will repair and update the existing UPS (uninterruptible power supply) battery pack in the data center. *2.2 Delivery Time: The supplier shall deliver all equipment (including software licenses, media, hardware devices, and related materials) in this project to the designated location of the purchaser within 60 days from the date of contract signing, and complete the maintenance, installation, and commissioning work. 2.3 Delivery location: Designated location by the purchaser * 2.4 Payment method: To be determined by the purchaser (Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. (R&D Institute)) and the supplier (selected party) when signing the contract. The specific settlement method is as follows: 1) The currency used for invoicing and payment is RMB; 2) The purchaser shall pay 100% of the cost to the supplier within 45 working days after the project has been accepted and received a full value-added tax special invoice issued by the supplier. *3. The number of certified personnel shall not be less than 3. 3) The supplier shall provide the authorization letter and after-sales service commitment letter issued by the UPS manufacturer for this project in the response document.
