The project has met the bidding conditions, and now the construction of the project will be publicly tendered through post qualification review. 2、 Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Name: High end Equipment R&D Center and Production Line Pilot Base Project 2.2 Construction Scale and Main Construction Content: The total planned land area of the project is 20784.92 square meters, with a total construction area of 10306.82 square meters, mainly including 5858.8 square meters for the 1 # R&D Center, 4409.2 square meters for the 2 # R&D Center, and 38.82 square meters for the security guard. At the same time, the project will construct supporting public auxiliary projects such as roads, greenery, and pipelines. 2.3 Bidding Scope: High end Equipment R&D Center and Production Line Pilot Base Project (all contents within the scope of the bill of quantities, drawings, and construction contracts, specific projects subject to actual occurrence). Please refer to the bidding documents for details. 2.4 Total project investment: 30 million yuan 2.5 Bidding control price: 24.334587 million yuan 2.6 Section division: independent section. 2.7 Project construction location: Dunhua Economic Development Zone. 2.8 The planned commencement date is August 1, 2025, and the planned completion date is October 1, 2026. 3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 Bidders must possess a Level 2 or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects issued by the competent construction administrative department, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc. Among them, the bidder's proposed project manager must possess a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering issued by the competent construction administrative department, have a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not serve as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects. 3.2 This bidding does not accept consortium bidding. 3.3 Construction enterprises from other provinces entering Jilin should comply with the documents of Jijian Guan [2018] No. 12, Jijian Guan [2019] No. 28, and Jijian Ban [2019] No. 82. 3.4 Credit Requirements: Bidders shall not have the following adverse conditions or bad credit records: (1) Refusing to bid for enterprises or individuals included in the government's disqualification record period.
