In plant lifting and hoisting business; 2. User terminal lifting and hoisting business. 2. Scope of bidding and related requirements 2.1 Scope of bidding: This project covers the entire process of lifting operations in the production area of the company's factory and the dock area of the project owner, with itemized quotations based on equipment types (including gantry cranes, shore cranes, unloaders, loaders, bucket wheel machines, gantry cranes, mast cranes, etc.). The service scope includes the full process lifting operations of raw materials for all components in the factory, steel structure production, product assembly, large item turning, final assembly, and yard transportation, as well as equipment installation, cleaning, and finishing operations at the user dock outside the factory. 2.2 Bidding budget (yuan):/2.3 Maximum bidding price (yuan): RMB 6370600 (including tax) 2.4 Service period: Service period: Two years in total, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027. 2.5 Service location: Longtan factory area and product user dock of Nanjing Port Machinery Heavy Industry Manufacturing Co., Ltd. 2.6 Quality requirements or service standards: see Chapter 6. 2.7 Section Division: Outsourcing of Lifting Business by Nanjing Port Machinery Heavy Industry Manufacturing Co., Ltd. 3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 Bidders shall be established in accordance with the law and meet the following requirements: (1) Qualification Requirements: Bidders shall have valid business licenses or certificates of legal persons. (2) Financial Requirements:/(3) Performance Requirements: Bidders shall have undertaken at least two similar businesses between 2020 and 2024, with an annual total performance of not less than 1 million yuan, and provide paper proof documents (such as contracts, orders, relevant settlement documents, etc.) that can complete the business. (4) Main personnel requirements: The bidder promises that the personnel provided must pass the three-level safety education and meet the requirements for port entry reporting, and must provide a social security benefit certificate for six consecutive months from November 2024 to April 2025 as proof. The requirements for certified personnel are as follows: no less than 10 personnel holding Q1 (crane command) certificate, no less than 2 personnel holding forklift driver certificate, no less than 2 personnel holding crane driver certificate, no less than 10 personnel holding high-altitude certificate, and no less than 2 personnel holding safety management certificate. All certified personnel must be employees of the bidder's unit and provide a social security benefit certificate for the above-mentioned personnel for 6 months. (5) Other requirements: 1. Bidders shall complete the designated contracted business in accordance with the outsourcing tasks and requirements of the tenderer. 2. The bidder shall ensure strict compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, especially the requirements related to employee social insurance, labor security, etc., and promise to abide by the enterprise rules and regulations of the tenderer (including but not limited to safety production)
