Project Overview and Procurement Scope 2.1 Project Overview: Liaocheng Deshen Transportation Management Center Expressway G0321 The Deshang Expressway starts from the Liaocheng West Interchange in the north and ends at the border between Shenxian County in Shandong Province and Henan Province in the south, with a total length of 68.942 kilometers. The S28 Shennan Expressway starts from the Shibalipu Interchange in the east and ends at the junction of Shenxian County in Shandong Province and Henan Province in the west, with a total length of 18.267 kilometers. There are 7 toll stations under its jurisdiction (Liaocheng West, Liaocheng South, Shenxian North, Shenxian, Shenxian South, Shenxian Ancient City, and Zhangzhai North).
