The lessee shall not alter the load-bearing structure of the property or dismantle indoor facilities without authorization, and shall not change, damage, or affect the main structure of the leased property, which has a significant impact on the safety of the property. If the decoration plan needs to be submitted to relevant departments for approval according to regulations, the lessee should also submit it to the relevant departments for approval before proceeding.
