Supplier Qualification Requirements 1. Other Requirements: Bidders must promise that if they win the bid, they will establish a legal employment relationship with their construction personnel and purchase relevant statutory insurance according to regulations, with a coverage amount not less than 1 million yuan; Bidders shall comply with relevant national laws, regulations, and ordinances. 2. Association relationship: If the IP address of the bidder participating in this procurement project is consistent, it shall be deemed as“ Suppliers have a related relationship;, Suppliers with related relationships are not allowed to participate in this procurement activity. 3. Qualification and performance requirements: Possess relevant certificates and operating certificates for dry ice cleaning and high-pressure cleaning operations, and provide at least 2 copies of cleaning performance for boilers, economizers, and desulfurization towers related to cement plants, building materials enterprises, or power plants. 4. Safety pre evaluation: Passed our supplier safety pre evaluation audit. (1. When there are veto items, veto with one vote. 2. When there are no veto items, score according to the pre evaluation form (based on the safety characteristics of the project), with a total score of≥ 80 points, safety evaluation review materials must be uploaded, failure to upload will be considered as disqualification from the pre qualification review. 5. Safety management objectives: The applicant should respond to our company's safety management objectives and have specific management measures in place (the "Safety Management Objective Commitment Letter" does not specify measures and does not provide a veto item for signature or seal confirmation). 6. Integrity Commitment and Quotation Commitment: Respond to the contents of our company's quotation commitment letter and integrity compliance commitment letter (the quotation unit needs to stamp and upload them, and those that are not uploaded or stamped will not be approved). 7. Restricted bidding situation: This project does not accept units with restricted bidding situation to participate in the same bidding/quotation for the same section or the same project without divided sections at the same time. If it is discovered at any stage of the procurement activity (including the contract performance stage), all relevant supplier bids/quotations will be invalid and we have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
