Payment agreement for land transfer fee: The land transaction price shall be paid in full within 30 days from the date of signing the transfer contract. If the transferee fails to timely pay the land transfer price as agreed in the transfer contract, a penalty of 1 ‰ of the delayed payment shall be paid to the transferor per day from the date of delay; If the transferor fails to pay the land transfer price even after being urged to do so and delays payment for more than 60 days beyond the agreed payment date in the contract, the transferor has the right to terminate the contract, and the transferee has no right to demand the return of the deposit (security deposit). All taxes and fees required for the transfer of the aforementioned land parcels shall be borne by the winning bidder. This transfer does not accept individual participation in bidding (including applying for bidding in the name of an individual and agreeing to establish a company as the assignee for development and construction after winning the bid).
