Qualified suppliers are now invited to submit response documents and participate in competitive negotiations. This project adopts electronic procurement to review the electronic response documents uploaded by suppliers on the "China Post Electronic Procurement and Supply Platform". 1、 Project Name: China Post Group Co., Ltd. Songyuan City Branch House Waterproofing Supplier Shortlisted Procurement Project (Secondary) 2. Project Number: ZCMJZBYC2025-005 3. Procurement Content: Songyuan City Branch Full Area House Waterproofing. 3.1 Budget amount: The project budget is 297500 yuan (including tax). Settle according to the actual situation. The funding for this project will be borne by the municipal company and the branches of each county (city). For projects within the financial budget, bidding units are required to quote at a discount (unit price and total price), with a price range of (0-100%) (the discount shall not exceed 100% and only one discount quotation is allowed, with the quotation kept as an integer), based on actual occurrences. The discounted unit price and total price cannot exceed the limit price, otherwise it will be considered as a invalid bid. If the actual amount exceeds the budget during the effective period of the service agreement, after relevant approval processes, an additional budget amount can be added, but the total settlement amount cannot exceed 300000 yuan. The settlement unit price will be based on the results of this bidding and no further bidding will be conducted. The bidding price includes but is not limited to taxes, delivery fees, etc. Note: Due to the overall arrangement of the project, there are certain uncertainties in the budget classification project. The tenderer of this project does not make any commitment or guarantee regarding the quantity and amount of tasks within the effective period of the bidder's service agreement, that is, the tenderer does not guarantee that there will be sufficient tasks to meet the requirements of the winning bidder. Bidders should have sufficient risk awareness before bidding. Once bidding, it is deemed that the bidder is willing to unconditionally bear the relevant risks and waive all claims related to this. Once the bidder wins the bid, if the winning bidder unilaterally breaches the contract during the performance period after signing the contract, causing the project to be interrupted and actual losses to the postal enterprise, the tenderer has the right to withhold all the project security deposit and reserve the tenderer's right to recover from the winning bidder depending on the degree of loss. 3.2 Relevant requirements 3.2.1 Technical (service) specifications: comply with national and industry standards, and meet the technical (service) specification requirements required by the tenderer.
