Units (companies) with relevant qualifications, good reputation and distribution capabilities are welcome to participate in the selection. 1、 The selection project name, maximum price limit, and remarks for dressing consumables shall not exceed the online listed price of the Drug Exchange. Please refer to the list for details. 2、 Supplier Qualification Requirements (1) General Qualification Conditions: 1. Ability to independently assume civil liability; 2. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; 3. Possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract; 4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; Within the three years prior to participating in procurement activities, there has been no significant record of illegal activities in business operations; 6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. （2） Specific qualification requirements: 1. If the responded product belongs to Class I medical devices, it must provide the "Certificate of Class I Medical Device Filing" and "Information Form for Class I Medical Device Filing" as well as product filing; If the responded product belongs to the second or third category of medical devices, the supplier must provide the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People's Republic of China" within the validity period of the responded product (provide a copy of the registration certificate); If the supplier is not the manufacturer of the corresponding product, and the corresponding product belongs to Class II medical devices, the supplier shall provide a copy of the "Certificate of Business Registration for Class II Medical Devices"; If the corresponding product belongs to Class III medical devices, the supplier shall provide a copy of the Medical Device Business License. 3.
