Tender Notice: Gongcheng Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tender Agency") has been commissioned by Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. Jinan Branch (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to conduct an open tender procurement for the construction project of upgrading and renovating the entrance and exit control devices of Guangfa Bank Jinan Branch and its affiliated institutions. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters are as follows: 1. Project Name: Guangfa Bank Jinan Branch and its affiliated institutions entrance and exit control device upgrading and renovating project 2. Commissioned Project Number: 02-11-04A-2025-D-E00223 Buyer System Number: CGB-JN-2025-005 III. Procurement Content: It is proposed to select one selected supplier through procurement, who will provide the purchaser with the upgrade and renovation project of the entrance and exit control devices of Guangfa Bank Jinan Branch and its jurisdictional institutions. The construction period is 40 calendar days (please refer to the user requirements document for detailed requirements and requirements). 4、 Supplier qualification requirements: 1. Registered and established in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with the ability to independently assume civil liability (branch offices participating in the procurement of this project need to obtain authorization from the headquarters). 2. Within the three years prior to participating in this procurement, there have been no lawsuits or penalties caused by information leakage, security violations, etc; The products or services provided to the purchaser have not violated the information security requirements stipulated in national laws, regulations, and regulatory documents within the three years prior to participating in this procurement. 4. Not on the list of prohibited suppliers by the purchaser. 5.
