Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Construction Location: Xintian Village, Chengguan Town, Ziyang County; 2.2 Project scale: Renovation and upgrading of 1912 square meters of digital cultural exhibition, and construction of other related facilities; This mainly includes the design and construction of exhibition decoration, secondary creative customization, strong and weak electricity, fire protection renovation, ventilation and air conditioning, multimedia hardware, software, and digital content related to exhibition layout; 2.3 Total investment of the project: 11.6201 million yuan; 2.4 Planned construction period: 210 calendar days (including all contents within the bidding scope); 2.5 Bidding Scope: In accordance with relevant national regulations, standards, and local regulations, all work required for the design, procurement, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance, and subsequent handover of the bidding project to meet the completion acceptance standards and normal functional requirements, and to cooperate with relevant departments to complete settlement, audit, engineering warranty, and other work. 2.6 Section division: This project is divided into one section. 3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 Qualification Requirements 3.1.1 Construction Qualifications: This bidding requires bidders to have a professional contracting qualification of Level 2 or above for building decoration and decoration engineering issued by the construction administrative department, independent legal person qualification, hold a valid business license, have a valid enterprise safety production permit, and have corresponding construction capabilities in personnel, equipment, funds, etc; 3.1.2 Design Qualification: This bidding requires bidders to have a special Grade B or above qualification for architectural decoration engineering design, independent legal person qualification, valid business license, and corresponding design capabilities in personnel, equipment, funds, etc; 3.2 Personnel Requirements: 3.2.1 Project Manager: The proposed project manager should possess the professional qualification of second level registered constructor or above in the field of construction engineering, be registered in the unit, and have a valid safety production assessment certificate (Construction B certificate). If the project manager has not served as a project manager for other ongoing projects, they must be an employee of the unit and provide proof of social security payment in the enterprise; 3.2.2 Construction Manager: The proposed construction manager should have the professional qualification of a second level registered constructor or above in the field of construction engineering, be registered in the unit, and have a valid safety production assessment certificate (Construction B certificate).
