Danyang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau Danyang Public Resource Trading Center State owned Construction Land Use Rights Online Listing Transfer Announcement Dan Natural Resources Network Hanging [2025] No. 05 According to relevant national laws, regulations, and policy provisions, and with the approval of the Danyang Municipal People's Government, it has been decided to publicly sell the state-owned construction land use rights through online listing. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. The transaction form of this transfer is "Zhenjiang State owned Construction Land Use Right Online Trading System" (hereinafter referred to as "Online Trading System"), which is traded on the Internet and does not accept any application in any other way. Interested bidders can log in to the system (website: http://221.230.60.42:8180/ )Participate in bidding. 2、 The basic information of the leased land is detailed in Table 1. Table 1: List of Basic Information of Land Parcels for Listing and Sale, Land Location, Land Area (square meters), Land Use Planning Indicators, Requirements for Sale Period, Bid Deposit (10000 yuan), Starting Price (10000 yuan), Price Increase Rules, Floor Area Ratio, Building Density, Green Space Ratio, G2503 West Ring Road East 10538 Residential 1.05-1.3 ≤ 25% ≥ 30% 70189794851. The planning conditions for the sale of land parcels in multiples of 1 million yuan or 1 million yuan are detailed in the attachment. The establishment of the right to use the underground space involved in the land transfer and the issuance of various planning and control requirements are based on the development and utilization of the corresponding underground space in the detailed plan that has been approved in accordance with the law, and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and technical standards such as the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People's Republic of China, the Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standards (GB50180-2018), the Jiangsu Province Urban and Rural Planning Regulations, the Jiangsu Province Urban Planning Technical Management Regulations, and the Guiding Opinions of the Provincial Government Office on the Development and Utilization of Urban Underground Space (Su Zheng Ban Fa [2020] No. 58). The land rights of underground space shall be transferred together with the land rights above ground. When applying for real estate registration and certification, underground parking spaces shall be handled according to the same project's underground rights setting, and no additional land transfer fees shall be charged. 3、 Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, all legal persons and other organizations within or outside the People's Republic of China that comply with the provisions of this announcement and bidding instructions and other transfer documents may apply to participate in the bidding (applications submitted in the name of individuals are not accepted). Bidders must possess qualifications for real estate development. Bidders can apply individually or jointly; But it is not allowed to submit a separate application and participate in a joint application. Bidders must obtain a CA certificate in accordance with regulations before participating in online registration. 4、 The other materials for this online listing and transfer (bidding instructions for listing and transfer, boundary map of the land parcel, planning conditions, sample contract for the transfer of state-owned construction land use rights, sample identity certificate of the legal representative, etc.) are detailed in the attachment. 5、 Listing work procedures and time arrangements include issuing listing notices, submitting bidding applications, paying bidding deposits, quoting and bidding, online timed bidding, and confirming transaction results.
