Suppliers must meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 2. The supplier is a legal entity registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China with independent civil liability capacity, and has the ability to engage in the business scope and capability of this project; 3. The supplier (including its authorized subordinate units and branches) has not engaged in any significant illegal activities in its business activities within the past three years. Major illegal records refer to administrative penalties imposed on suppliers for illegal operations, such as criminal penalties, orders to suspend production or business, revocation of licenses or permits, and significant fines; 4. This project does not accept the participation of the consortium. (5) Log in to the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System by yourself（ http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html ）Print the "Enterprise Credit Information Publicity Report" in the "Information Printing Column" in the upper right corner. (6) If the business license specifies that "specific business projects can be queried on the commercial entity information disclosure platform", the query page of the commercial entity information disclosure platform must be printed.
