The project owner is Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd., and the construction funds come from self raised funds. The tenderer is Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Name: Reconstruction Project of taxiway B between B11-B13 of Harbin Taiping International Airport - Runway and Visual Navigation Assistance Engineering 2.2 Bidding Number: DFA-BS05-DL-202503612.3 Construction Location: Harbin Taiping International Airport 2.4 Bidding Scope: Runway Engineering: Repainting 40cm thick cement concrete surface layer, with an area of approximately 27500 square meters, and using geotextile for isolation layer; Spray pavement protection agent (impregnated with silane) on the reconstructed area and restore the pavement marking line; Reconstruct the pavement and mill the adjacent asphalt concrete pavement area, and re lay 6cm thick asphalt concrete with an area of approximately 8950 square meters. Assistive lighting engineering: Combining future runway and smooth overhaul projects, pre embed auxiliary lighting facilities. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 Qualification Requirements for Bidders: (1) Bidders must be legal persons or other organizations officially registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and have valid independent legal person qualifications, and provide a copy of their business license and public information from the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (stamped with the bidder's official seal). (2) Bidders must possess both Level 2 or above qualifications for specialized contracting of airport runway engineering and Level 2 or above qualifications for specialized contracting of airport visual navigation assistance engineering issued by the competent construction administrative department, as well as a valid safety production license. 3.2 Qualification of Project Manager: The proposed project manager must hold a national first-class registered constructor certificate (for civil aviation airport engineering) and a valid safety production assessment certificate (B certificate).
