Procurement Content and Deadline: 1. The bidder has no significant record of illegal activities within the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity (from February 1, 2022 to present); 5. The bidder and the proposed project leader have no criminal record of bribery within 3 years prior to the bidding deadline (from February 1, 2022 to present); 6.
