Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: 2.1.2 Bidding Scope 2.1.2.1 Bidding Scope of This Project. Responsible for the overall security services of Jintang Company. According to the actual situation of the tenderer, fully responsible for the security management, patrol, monitoring duty, traffic coordination, anti-terrorism prevention, rescue and emergency work in the factory area. (Mainly including but not limited to) responsible for the 24-hour guard duty management of four gate posts including the South Gate, North Gate, Heavy Duty Road Gate, and East Gate, as well as the 24-hour guard duty management of one railway post, and the 24-hour guard duty management of the command center warehouse, 24-hour security patrol and monitoring management of the factory area. Adopting a four shift three operation system, each shift is 8 hours long. Main tasks of daily security (but not limited to): 2.1.2.2.1 Set up security personnel and security positions according to the requirements of the tenderer, and ensure that each position is on duty 24/7. 2.1.2.2.2 Responsible for the inspection and verification of the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials at each gate. Eliminate unlicensed personnel and vehicles from entering the production area. Eliminate the factory area of materials, machinery, and equipment with incomplete procedures. 2.1.2.2.3 Responsible for temporary security work such as major and minor repairs of the tenderer's units, important performance areas, and important events. 2.1.2.2.4 Carry out daily security inspections in accordance with the inspection standards of the patrol system. 2.1.2.2.5 Responsible for conducting inspections, checks, and recording work within the area of the tenderer's company; Ensure the security and safety of personnel, materials, and equipment within the company area. Patrol personnel should patrol the entire factory once every 2 hours with two or more people. During the patrol process, carefully inspect the doors and windows of the responsible area, verify, inquire or track any suspicious individuals found.
