Jingsan Road: The starting point of Jingsan Road is connected to the existing Lixin Avenue auxiliary road, and the endpoint is connected to Shixin Highway. The design and implementation plan follows the urban secondary road, using a separated roadbed with a design speed of 40km/h. The design red line width from AK0+000 to AK0+480 is 27m (including 6m of flood discharge channel), and the design red line width from AK0+480 to AK0+926 is 28m (including 7m of flood discharge channel). The road is a two-way four lane road with a total length of about 945m; Second Cross Road: The starting point of Second Cross Road connects to the current Second Cross Road and the designed Third Road AK0+470, and the endpoint connects to Xianning Road; Planned as a main urban road, with a planned cross-sectional width of 36m, a planned cross-sectional width of 36m, six lanes in both directions, and a total length of approximately 638 meters. The main construction content includes roadbed, culverts, drainage, pipelines, lighting, greening, transportation and other projects (specific subject to construction drawings and bill of quantities). The bidding content (1) Third party testing services mainly include material testing, foundation engineering testing, building energy conservation testing, landscaping, road engineering testing and other projects with quality monitoring functions required by the construction administrative and supervisory departments (specific to the testing list), as well as the required testing projects to provide a basis for project acceptance. (2) The third-party monitoring services mainly include the quality monitoring functions required by the construction project management department and supervision department, such as the joint measurement of the plane benchmark network, the joint measurement of the elevation benchmark network, the horizontal displacement of the slope top, the settlement of the slope top, etc. (specific to the inspection list), as well as the required monitoring project services to provide a basis for project acceptance.
