Procurement Content and Scope (1) Project Overview Package 1: The project construction includes the treatment of the Tongzi River, road and bridge construction, water system landscape engineering (Xiangma Mountain greening project), and S242 Linshang Line Chengwu Chemical Industry Park reconstruction project. The treatment scope of the Tongzi River is the "Hanquan Road to Daming Lake section", with a river length of about 1.80km, maintaining the original river width of 6-30 meters, constructing a new river embankment, dredging the river, constructing a new sewage interception pipe network, constructing a new coastal road along the bank, and greening the bank. 342 trees and shrubs are planted for greening, and 24886 square meters of ground cover are planted; There are two road construction projects, namely the North Extension of Yingbin Avenue to the North Outer Ring Road and the Xiaoqiao Road to Dongyuhe, with a total length of 3499.42 meters; The involved bridges include Liuzhuang Bridge, Songzhuang Bridge, Connecting Line Bridge, and Lecheng River Bridge across Dongyu River South Road, with a total bridge deck area of 23812.9 square meters; The water system landscape project on the north side of Handi (Xiangmashan Greening Project) covers a total area of 33.75 hectares.
