Procurement Content: BioBAY Exhibition Hall Intelligent Exhibition Area Renovation Project 3. Procurement Budget for this project: RMB 950000.00 (Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand Yuan) Maximum Price: RMB 950000.00 (Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand Yuan) 4. Scope and Content of Procurement Project: BioBAY Exhibition Hall Intelligent Exhibition Area Renovation Project, mainly including intelligent exhibition area design and deepening, booth production, equipment procurement, installation and transportation, post maintenance, etc. 5、 Service period: 60 working days, the specific operation time must be strictly executed according to the requirements of the purchaser. 6、 Qualification requirements for negotiating suppliers: 1. General conditions: (1) Ability to independently assume civil liability; (2) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (3) Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract; (4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (5) Within the past three years, there has been no significant record of illegal activities in business operations; (6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. 2. Other requirements: (1) Not listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) as a dishonest debtor, party to major tax violations, or list of abnormal business operations. (2) The person in charge of the supplier unit, or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships, shall not participate in procurement activities under the same contract. 4. Method: Suppliers can log in to the Suzhou Industrial Park Public Resource Trading Center website using their electronic business license( http://www.sipac.gov.cn/dept/ggzyjyzx/ )On the right side of the homepage, under the "Government/State owned Enterprise/Collective Enterprise Procurement System", follow the prompts to download the bidding (procurement) documents from the "Document Collection" list on the right side of the announcement page. The date of downloading the documents is the date of obtaining the bidding (procurement) documents.
