Chapter 1 Procurement Announcement 1. Procurement Method: This procurement method is: direct selection. 2. Procurement Reason: Due to the project construction involving cross river operations, according to the requirements of the water resources department, reinforcement and expansion of embankments and other river protection projects need to be carried out in order to manage flood prevention in the upstream and downstream river sections of the bridge site and timely deal with dangerous situations. Huimin County Urban and Rural Water Bureau recommends in writing that Shandong Longen Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. carry out river protection engineering construction in our section. After investigation by the project department, the company meets the qualification requirements of water conservancy and hydropower level three or above, and its personnel, machinery, and construction capabilities can meet the construction requirements of the river protection project in Jibin. According to the management regulations of the group company, it is proposed to directly select and complete the procurement of river protection for this project. 3. Procurement Content and Scope (1) Project Overview Package 1: The JBTJ-5 section of the newly built Jinwei High speed Railway Jinan Connection Line is located in Huimin County, Binzhou City. It starts from DK99+804.66 and crosses Provincial Highway S239, Bojili Main Canal, Provincial Highway S246, and Shahe in sequence to establish Huimin Station on the north side of Sunding Village. After leaving the station, it crosses Shahe, Provincial Highway S247 (Binhui Avenue), and partially crosses Xincheng Agricultural Area to the design endpoint DK125+832.78 of this section. The main line is divided into a section: DK99+804.66－DK125+832.78， The length of the line is 26.0281km. Main engineering quantities: The main line bridge is 26028.12 meters long, with 766 prefabricated and erected simply supported beams, 13 special structures (continuous beams), and 7 cast-in-place simply supported box girders; 30 hole simply supported box girder for cast-in-place station platform bridge; Liangchang 1, etc. Planned contract duration: The planned start date is September 2022, the planned completion date is September 2026, and the duration is 48 months.
