Bidding Conditions: The infrastructure construction projects in Jiazhuang, Tadi Village, and Wuyao Village, Julu County, have been approved for construction by the Julu County Administrative Approval Bureau with the approval of the budget estimate for the infrastructure construction projects in Jiazhuang, Tadi Village, and Wuyao Village. The project owner is the People's Government of Dicun Township, Julu County, and the construction funds come from the Central Special Lottery Public Welfare Fund to support the development of local social welfare undertakings. The project contribution ratio is 100%, and the bidder is the People's Government of Dicun Township, Julu County. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding for its construction. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: 2.1.1 Project Name: Infrastructure Construction Project in Jiazhuang, Tadi Village, and Wuyao Village, Julu County 2.1.2 Construction Location: Jiazhuang, Tadi Village, and Wuyao Village, Julu County, Xingtai City 2.1.3 Construction Content: This project does not involve the addition of new construction land. 10381.5 square meters of concrete hardening, 7850.5 square meters of asphalt overlay, 3861 square meters of brick paving, and 1377 meters of drainage ditch repair and cleaning will be carried out on the existing road. Among them: (1) Jiazhuang: concrete hardened 9241.5 square meters; (2) Tati Village: 7850.5 square meters of asphalt overlay, 1377 meters of repaired and cleaned drainage ditch; (3) Wuyao Village: 1140 square meters of hardened concrete and 3861 square meters of paved road bricks. 2.1.4 Construction period: to be completed within 120 calendar days after signing the contract; 2.1.5 Quality Standards: Qualified; 2.2 Scope of Tender: All contents within the Bill of Quantities; 3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 The qualification requirements for bidders in this bidding are as follows: 3.1.1 Qualification Requirements: 3.1 (1) Bidders must have independent legal personality; (2) Bidders must possess a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction issued by the competent construction administrative department, obtain a safety production license, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc; (3) The bidder's proposed project manager must possess a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of municipal public works, have a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects; 3.2 If the person in charge of the unit is the same or if there is a controlling or management relationship between different units, they shall not participate in the bidding of this project at the same time, otherwise they shall be treated as invalid bids; 3.3 Credit record inquiries must be conducted through the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and the "China Government Procurement Network" (www.ccgp. gov.cn). Those who are listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, or recorded as seriously dishonest in government procurement will be refused participation in this bidding activity.
