Qualified bidders are welcome to sign up and submit their quotations. Relevant procurement matters are announced as follows: 1. Scope and requirements of the procurement project: 1. Procurement project name: CEMS environmental monitoring collector procurement; 2. Procurement material details: CEMS environmental monitoring collector: 1 unit, specific requirements can be found in the attachment; 3. Time requirement for supply or provision of services: Within 4 weeks after the contract takes effect or the receipt of the winning bid notification, the goods shall be delivered to the following delivery location; 4. Place of delivery: Warehouse of the Pearl River Natural Gas Power Generation Co., Ltd., No. 21, Huanshi Avenue North, Nansha District, Guangzhou; 5. Shipping method: The buyer is responsible for transportation, loading and unloading, and bears the transportation, loading and unloading, insurance fees, and other transportation and insurance costs (logistics delivery is not accepted for this purchase). 2、 Qualified bidders must meet the following 5 points (please compare and check by yourself): 1. Bidders must be independent legal persons or other organizations registered within the People's Republic of China. The enterprise legal person shall hold a valid business license issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, as well as a valid organization code certificate and tax registration certificate (including national and local taxes) (if the bidder holds the "one license, one code" version of the business license issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, there is no need to submit the organization code certificate and tax registration certificate); Public institution legal persons should hold a certificate of public institution legal person. To ensure the quality of supply, the bidder's main business needs to be consistent or similar to the attributes of the purchased materials. If it is the first time participating in the procurement project organized by the purchaser for registration/quotation, please provide similar material supply performance; 4. This procurement does not accept joint venture registration; 5. The bidder and its affiliates have not been included in the list of Guangzhou Development Group and its affiliated enterprises; List of Defective Suppliers; And it is within the punishment period. 3、 Quotation principle: 1. This procurement project will develop an electronic procurement platform in Guangzhou（ https://eps.gdg.com.cn ）Electronic registration, quotation, and opening of quotations are required throughout the entire process. Paper, fax, and other forms of quotations are not accepted; 2. If one of the following conditions is met, the purchaser will reject the bidder's quotation: 2.1 Failure to provide quotations for all inquiry items, such as underreporting, omission, or zero single item quotations; 2.2 If the computer machine feature codes of different bidders are consistent (based on the search information of Guangzhou Development Electronic Procurement Platform system); 2.3 Failure to quote according to the model, specifications, brand (if specified) and other requirements specified in the procurement project; 2.4 If the bidder provides an incorrect price, sends a letter explaining the reason and voluntarily requests to waive the quotation, and the purchaser verifies and agrees to it; 2.5 The bidder does not respond to the settlement method; 3. The bidder should
