The project owner is Sichuan Binshui Baizhanghu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., and the funds are self raised by the owner. We are now conducting an inquiry and procurement for this project. 1.2 The bidder for this project is Sichuan Binshui Baizhanghu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. 2. Project Overview and Inquiry Scope 2.1 Project Name: Sichuan Binshui Baizhanghu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. Operation and Management Outsourcing Services 2.2 Project Location: Mingshan District, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province 2.3 Project Overview: This project is located in Mingshan District, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. The total planned area of the Baizhanghu project is about 15136 acres, including about 3200 acres of Baizhanghu, about 9500 acres of agricultural and forestry land, and about 2288 acres of construction land. 2.4 Scope of Inquiry: Provide business outsourcing services to the inquirer, mainly including on-site data management, industrial operation management, reporting and construction, case site management, sales management, marketing management and other related work. 2.5 Section division: This inquiry is divided into one section. 2.6 Service period: 12 months, the specific start time shall be subject to the notification of the project owner. 3.
