Applicant Qualification Requirements 3.1 * Applicant Qualification Requirements: 3.1 Enterprises registered in accordance with the law in the People's Republic of China, with independent legal personality, valid business license, Tax registration certificate, or; Integration of Three Certificates; The business license of the unit must meet the business scope required for the project, and the enterprise must be a general taxpayer of value-added tax and able to issue a single invoice for value-added tax. 3.2 The applying unit must possess both a professional design qualification of Class B or above in the municipal industry (thermal engineering) (or a comprehensive Class A qualification for engineering design in the municipal industry) and a valid special equipment design license (pressure pipeline) GB2 certificate. 3.3 Provide no less than 3 similar design services in the past five years. 3.4 The proposed project leader of the participating unit must have undertaken similar engineering designs and hold the qualification of registered public equipment engineer.
