Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China. 2. Qualification requirements for implementing government procurement policies: According to the "Management Measures for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" formulated by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, this project is a procurement project specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises. Specific qualification requirements for this project: (1) If a supplier (including branches without independent legal person qualifications and subsidiaries without independent legal person qualifications) has any of the following bad credit records, they shall not be recommended as a candidate for the transaction or determined as a successful supplier: ① If the supplier is listed as a dishonest debtor by the people's court; ② Suppliers listed in the list of abnormal business operations by the market supervision department; ③ Suppliers are listed as major tax violators and dishonest entities by the tax department; ④ Suppliers who have been included in the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by the government procurement regulatory department. The above situation is referred to as“ Credit China website or other designated media [State Administration of Taxation website, Supreme People's Court website, National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System website] and China Government Procurement Network; The published version shall prevail.
