Procurement Content and Scope (1) Project Overview Package 1, Package 2: Residential Project of Section 2 of Dingren Central Academy in Neijiang City: This project includes four plots located in the old city area of Dongxing District, Neijiang City. The south side is Red Card Road, the west side is Xilin Avenue, and the southeast side is Ping'an Lane, which separates the D3-6-1, D3-6-2 and D3-6-3, D3-6-4 plots. The entire land has a significant height difference, with the plot being higher in the north and lower in the south. The highest elevation is 343.34 and the lowest elevation is 314.52, with a height difference of 28.82 meters within the plot. Among them, plot D3-6-1 and D3-6-1 are Class II residential land (compatible with commercial and business land), plot D3-6-2 is residential service facility land, plot D3-6-3 is social parking lot land, and plot D3-6-4 is market land. The specific scope and content can be found in the bidding drawings, bill of quantities, and other tasks commissioned by the purchaser. The final construction scope adjusted by the purchaser according to the construction contract shall prevail. Complete all the engineering quantities and related tests, measurements, quality inspections, acceptance, safety and environmental protection, civilized construction, construction of temporary roads, construction of project departments, preparation of various construction and settlement materials, and subsequent warranty period maintenance corresponding to the main contract between the purchaser and the owner within the design drawings of this project. 1.
