The funding source is self raised. The bidding agency is National Energy Group International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now undergoing domestic qualification review and open bidding. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: 2.1.1 Project Overview: Beihai Company Phase I 2 × 1000MW Ultra supercritical Coal fired Unit, synchronously constructing flue gas desulfurization and denitrification facilities. The boiler is designed and produced by Shanghai Boiler Factory, with a single furnace, secondary reheating, four corner tangential combustion method, balanced ventilation, all steel frame suspension structure tower type outdoor layout, and solid slag discharge boiler. 2.1.2 Bidding Scope and Section (Package) Division: The bidding scope includes the design, production, installation, and commissioning of all equipment involved in the intelligent acoustic soot blowing system for the # 1 boiler economizer and low-temperature reheater of Beihai Company Phase I. Including 14 low-frequency high-power acoustic soot blowers with acoustic temperature measurement function and 120 directional jet acoustic soot blowers, the equipment installation includes compressed air pipelines, related instruments, valves, electrical control systems, gas storage tanks, local control cabinets, cable laying, cable trays and supports, necessary platforms, etc. Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a fully functional intelligent acoustic soot blowing system.
