All expenses incurred during the lease period shall be borne by the lessee (such as property management fees, sanitation fees, water and electricity fees, etc.). 2. The lessee shall not sublease (charge transfer fees), transfer, lend or sublet the subject matter. 3. Rent according to the current condition of the house. The lessee shall bear the expenses related to the demolition of existing decoration, interior (exterior) renovation, and maintenance and renovation of equipment and facilities.
