Qualification requirements for the applicant: 1. If the supplier (including branches without independent legal person qualifications and subsidiaries without independent legal person qualifications) has any of the following bad credit records, they shall not be recommended as a candidate for the transaction or determined as the transaction supplier: ① If the supplier is listed as a dishonest debtor by the people's court; ② Suppliers listed in the list of abnormal business operations by the market supervision department; ③ The supplier is listed as a party to a major tax violation case by the tax department; ④ Suppliers who have been included in the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by the government procurement regulatory department.
