Project name: G36 Ningluo Expressway Mingguang Bengbu Section Reconstruction and Expansion Project Temporary Rental of Waste dump trucks inquiry and leasing; 2. Purchase Number: ACEG-2025046530013、 Procurement content: Temporary dump truck rental for 2600 tons of asphalt gravel transportation for the construction project of the G36 Ningluo Expressway Mingguang Bengbu section renovation and expansion project, with a lease period tentatively starting from April 2025. 4. Project location: The construction project of the G36 Ningluo Expressway Mingguang to Bengbu section renovation and expansion project in Mingguang City, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province will transport the asphalt mixing station of the civil engineering construction project of the G3 Jingtai Expressway Bengbu Interchange to the intersection hub section renovation and expansion project in Fengyang County, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, with a transportation distance of about 90 kilometers. 2、 Qualification requirements for quoting units and other requirements Category 1: Legal person qualification requirements: The company is legally registered and has a business license; 2. The electronic procurement platform of Anhui Construction Engineering Group has been registered and passed the final review (no need to apply for a CA lock); 3. The losses incurred due to delayed equipment entry according to project requirements during the construction process shall be borne by the winning bidder. 5. If the bidder's quotation is not lower than (greater than or equal to) the control price, it shall be deemed as a void or invalid bid; 6. Participating in the quotation is considered a complete response to all requirements within the contract terms provided by us; 7. Bidders shall not have any of the following situations: (1) being ordered to suspend production or business, temporarily suspend or revoke licenses, temporarily suspend or revoke permits, or revoke qualification certificates; (2) Entering into liquidation proceedings, or being declared bankrupt, or other situations of loss of contractual capacity. (3) Bidders who have been identified as having a bad record by subsidiary companies of the group or listed as dishonest units by national administrative authorities before the bid opening date shall not be recommended as candidates for winning the bid, nor shall they be determined as winning bidders. (4) If the winning candidate is blacklisted by China Construction Engineering Group before the contract is signed, their qualification to win the bid will be cancelled.
