Tender Conditions This research project on ground tracking, positioning, and velocity evaluation methods for long-distance pipeline internal detectors (Tender Project No.: TC2587070), Approved by the project approval/verification/filing authority, the project funds are self raised by state-owned enterprises, and the bidder is West East Gas Transmission Branch of National Pipeline Network Group United Pipeline Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now undergoing internal comparison. 2、 Project Overview and Bidding Scope Project Scale: 700000 yuan. Bidding content and scope: This bidding project is divided into one section, and this bidding includes: 001 Package 3, Bidder Qualification Requirements 001 Package 1: The respondent must be an independent legal person or other organization registered in the People's Republic of China. Different units with the same legal representative or a controlling or management relationship shall not participate in the project inquiry at the same time. 2. If the respondent fails to provide the required information or is deemed insolvent based on the balance sheet or financial report of the previous fiscal year (2023), their response will be rejected. 3 Credit Requirements 3.1 The respondent has not been included in the list of seriously illegal and untrustworthy enterprises on the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" website (www.gsxt. gov.cn) (those that have been removed shall be executed as not included). 3.2 The respondent, legal representative, or person in charge has not been listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) (those who have been removed shall be deemed as not included in enforcement). From January 1, 2022 to the response deadline (within the past three years), the respondent, legal representative, or person in charge shall check on the "China Judgments Document Network" website (wenshu. court. gov.cn) for no bribery crimes. From January 1, 2022 to the response deadline (in the past three years), the respondent has not had any major quality, safety, or environmental accidents. 3.5 No decision was made by the purchaser to prohibit their response, and they were not included in the contractor blacklist by the purchaser. 4. Performance requirements: Respondents must have undertaken or completed at least one oil and gas pipeline monitoring and testing service in the past three years (from January 1, 2022 to the bidding deadline)
