The project funds are self raised by the tenderer, and the funds have been secured and meet the bidding conditions. Qualified bidders are welcome to bid. 1. Bidding content, scale, and scope: Package 2: In order to better support business development, the bidder intends to purchase promotional video production services for personal finance, credit card, online finance, consumer credit, corporate finance, agriculture, rural areas, and inclusive finance. Sign a unit price contract for the procurement of this service, shortlist a supplier, with a service period of 2 years from the date of signing the agreement, and a procurement budget of 600000 yuan, to be settled according to the actual situation. 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 2.1 Basic Qualification Requirements for Bidders 2.1.1 Bidders shall be legally and financially independent legal persons or organizations registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), and their business license or other legally established organization certification documents shall be valid. The bidder operates legally and independently from the tenderer and bidding agency. 2.1.2 If the legal representative or unit leader of the bidder is the same person or if there are different units with controlling or management relationships, they shall not participate in the bidding of the same package or the bidding of the same bidding project without dividing the package. If the above situation occurs, the first applicant is a valid applicant. 2.1.3 The bidder shall provide a commitment letter, promising that the tenderer will not engage in any illegal activities when using the services provided.
