After examination, it meets the conditions stipulated by laws and regulations. According to the Provisional Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Private Non enterprise Units, it was decided to approve the establishment and registration of Guoyang County Xinghe Nursery Service Center. The competent business unit of the service center is Guoyang County Health and Health Committee.
