The five-year lease right project for the house at 110-31 Xinqiao Road, Yuhang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, starting from April 15, 2025. The Yuhang Street Office of the Yuhang District People's Government of Hangzhou City will publicly bid on the five-year lease right project for the house at 110-31 Xinqiao Road, Yuhang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City on the Alibaba asset disposal platform from 10:00 am on April 27, 2025 to 10:00 am on April 28, 2025 (excluding delays). The following announcement is made: 1. The bidding subject: the five-year lease right for the house at 110-31 Xinqiao Road, Yuhang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, with a building area of approximately 44 square meters. 2、 Starting price: 13651 yuan/first year, bid deposit: 10000 yuan, markup: 500 yuan or multiples, performance bond: 5000 yuan. 2、 The rent for this bidding bid is paid annually, with payment made before use. Starting from the second year, the annual rent will be paid 10 days before the expiration of the previous lease term. The rent remains unchanged for the first three years and increases by 5% annually from the fourth year onwards. There is no rent free period for decoration. 3、 Disclosure of Major Matters: The bidding for the leasing rights of the subject property in this auction is a bidding for the leasing rights of state-owned assets, which is not equivalent to online judicial auctions. The subject matter shall be leased through bidding based on the current situation, and the actual area shall be subject to the final delivery area. Any errors shall not affect the transaction price. The bidding format for this bidding is not allowed to operate in the catering, fresh food supermarkets, industries that are prone to prostitution (including but not limited to foot baths, bathhouses, chess and card rooms), funeral services, hardware and building materials, waste recycling, and industries that are polluting, noisy, toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive dangerous goods, affect the lives of surrounding residents, and are explicitly prohibited by the state. The subject of this auction is currently under lease, and there are priority bidders confirmed by the property rights unit who have the right of first refusal at the same price. If it is not won by the original lessee, the original lessee will dismantle and move out the necessary items after the lease expires. Therefore, the appearance, structure, decoration, quality, etc. of the house will be based on the current condition of the house at the time of transfer after moving out. For bidding with defects, the existing items in the house are not within the scope of this auction. Bidders are required to inspect the property in person before bidding, understand the specific situation of the property, and participate in the auction with caution. Once they register and bid, it will be considered as recognition of the current status of the property, and they will be responsible for their own actions. There may be a situation where the original lessee delays the delivery of the auction item, and the property owner and auction company will assist in vacating the house for delivery. If the delivery is delayed, the specific delivery time will be notified by the property owner. The property owner and auction company do not make any promises regarding the delivery date, nor do they provide any economic compensation or indemnification. Bidders are advised to carefully consider the risk of delayed delivery of the property. In principle, all items in this auction are not allowed to transfer leasing rights, sublease, or sublet.
