The announcement is as follows: 1. Bidding Object: 41 Parking Spaces for Two Years and Seven Months in the North Area of Mengqi Town Design Center, Liangzhu Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City. Monthly leasing rights. 2、 The starting price for the first year's rent is 40000 yuan, with an increase of 2000 yuan or integer multiples, and a bidding deposit of 40000 yuan. The rental fee for the bidding subject is paid annually and can be used after payment. Bidders are required to pay the next rental fee one month in advance. The total lease term is two years and seven months. Starting from the second year, the annual rent will increase by 5% on the basis of the previous year's rent, and so on.
