Announcement on the Public Bidding for the 20-year Lease Right of the Property at No. 99 Changling, Group 4, Yunqi Village, Xianlin Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City (Last) 2022-04-15 StartFragment Hangzhou Yuhang Yunqi Stock Economic Cooperative will conduct a public bidding for the 20-year Lease Right of the Property at No. 99 Changling, Group 4, Yunqi Village, Xianlin Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City on the Alibaba Asset Disposal Platform from 10:00 am on April 27, 2025 to 10:00 am on April 28, 2025 (except for delays). The following announcement is made: 1. The bidding subject: the 20-year Lease Right of the Property at No. 99 Changling, Group 4, Yunqi Village, Xianlin Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, with a building area of approximately 270 square meters. 2、 The starting price for the first year's rent is 55000 yuan, with an increase of 2000 yuan or integer multiples, and a bidding deposit of 30000 yuan. The rent for the bidding subject is paid annually, with payment made before use. Bidders are required to pay the rent for the following year one month in advance. Every three years is a cycle, with the rent for the first three years remaining unchanged, and the rent for the next three years being the 5th% based on the previous cycle's rent, and so on.
