The bidding subject: the five-year lease right of 41 charging sites in Xixi North Garden Community, Wuchang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, with a total area of approximately 1358 square meters. 2、 The starting price for the first year's rent is 175492 yuan; Price increase range: 2000 yuan or integer multiples, bidding deposit of 175492 yuan. The rental fee for the bidding subject is paid annually and can be used after payment. Bidders are required to pay the next rental fee one month in advance.
