Procurement requirement: One new segmented protection measurement and control device, as well as a backup automatic switching device, will be added to the 35 kV Huaxing substation. The device will have segmented backup automatic switching function, incoming line backup automatic switching function, phase current overcurrent protection with two segments locked by compound voltage, three-stage overload switching function, and the ability to switch small power supply lines to the grid through device action. The device is installed in the original 35kV line protection measurement and control screen II. The 35kV old wheat substation will replace the segmented protection measurement and control and backup automatic switching device in this phase.
