Applicant Qualification Requirements 3.1 Section Name: Chang'an E-house Community 30 Elevator Renovation Project. This pre qualification requires the applicant to have a Special Equipment Manufacturing License or above, or a Special Equipment Installation, Renovation, and Maintenance License or above, or a Special Equipment Production License or above, and to have corresponding abilities in personnel, equipment, funds, and other aspects.
