Project Overview: The project mainly collects waste resin powder (HW49900-045-49) and waste circuit boards (HW49900-045-49) generated during the drilling and edge processing of circuit board enterprises. The metal copper powder is recovered using the process of "desoldering disassembly, wet crushing, and hydraulic shaker separation", and unburned bricks are made from waste resin powder, purchased cement, and sand and gravel as raw materials. The project covers an area of 10628m2, with a building area of 10730m2. It comprehensively utilizes 5000 tons of waste resin powder and 25000 tons of waste circuit boards annually, and produces 37 million environmentally friendly bricks annually. Main environmental impacts and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts: 1. Waste circuit boards and tree resin powder from wastewater treatment projects. Production wastewater is treated by a water slag separation system and pressure filtration before being reused in production; The wastewater from non fired brick production is reused for non fired brick production after settling and settling; The initial rainwater is reused for production after settling and settling; After pre-treatment with an oil separator and septic tank, the concentration of pollutants in domestic sewage can meet the third level standard of the second period of Guangdong Province's "Water Pollutant Discharge Limits" (DB44/26-2001). During the operation period of the waste gas project, the tin removal and dismantling waste gas is collected and treated with "water spray+dry filtration+activated carbon adsorption" to meet the standards before being discharged; The dust generated during the batching and mixing processes of the brick production line is treated with a "bag filter" and discharged after meeting the standards; The breathing dust in the cement silo is treated with a bag filter on the top of the silo and discharged after meeting the standards; The sand and gravel unloading dust is set up in the factory building and discharged after being treated with water spray to meet the standards; The oil fume is treated by an oil fume purifier and discharged after meeting the standard. 3. After taking basic vibration reduction and wall sound insulation measures, the noise at the factory boundary and sensitive points can meet the emission standards. 4.
