Qualification Requirements for Bidders: This round of selection will be subject to post qualification review, and bidders should meet the following qualification and performance requirements: 3.1 Bidders must be established in accordance with national laws and regulations, registered in China, and have independent legal person qualifications (bidders must provide a copy of their valid business license). 3.2 Performance Requirements: Bidders shall provide the performance of a single owner for contracts with a total amount exceeding 50000 yuan for similar sewage treatment plants from January 1, 2022 to the bidding deadline (based on the contract signing time) (provide copies of the corresponding contract, award notification, and invoice for one payment week during the contract period), with the original copies for future reference. 3.3 Bidders must have the following valid permits (provide copies of valid certificates): (1) Operators must have one or more electrician operation certificates (provide copies of operation certificates with fresh seals); 3.4 Credibility Requirements (Original copy of the following commitment letter with the official seal of the bidding unit, format to be provided by the bidder): (1) If the bidder violates the "Negative List Management Measures for Suppliers" of Chongqing Water Group Co., Ltd. and is within the penalty period, it will be treated as a disqualified bid (the evaluation committee will review the list of "bidders who violate regulations" attached to the bidding announcement).
