Conduct a detailed review of pollutant discharge permit data, with a focus on managing no less than 300 pollutant discharge permits and simplifying the management of no less than 50 pollutant discharge permits; 2. Conduct a detailed review of the execution report data of certified units, with a minimum quantity of 350 copies; 3. Provide support and service guarantee for pollutant discharge permit business. For specific details, please refer to Chapter 5 Procurement Requirements. Contract performance period: From the date of contract signing to November 30, 2025, complete all service content and pass the acceptance. This project accepts consortium bidding. 2、 Qualification requirements for applicants: 1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 2. Qualification requirements for implementing government procurement policies: 2.1 Small and medium-sized enterprise policies □ This project does not specifically reserve procurement shares for small and medium-sized enterprises. This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises. Namely, all goods provided are manufactured by small and medium-sized enterprises that meet policy requirements, and all services are undertaken by small and medium-sized enterprises that meet policy requirements.
