The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. After acquiring the land, the transferee shall carry out construction design and disaster prevention measures to prevent slope collapse, sliding, and other phenomena, and the related expenses shall be borne by the transferee. If the applicant intends to establish a new company for development and construction after winning the land, the investment composition and establishment time of the new company should be clearly stated in the bidding application; If a natural person successfully applies for bidding, the legal representative of the newly established company must be the bidding applicant. The transferor may first sign the "State owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with the winning bidder based on the bidding, auction, and listing transfer results. After the winning bidder completes the registration procedures for the new company as agreed, the transferor may then sign the "Agreement on Change of State owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with the new company; It is also possible to directly sign the "State owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with the new company according to the agreement. 4.
