Both domestic and foreign legal persons, natural persons, and other organizations in the People's Republic of China can apply to participate. Applicants can apply individually or jointly. Other requirements that the applicant should possess: 1. Application form; 2. Documents and valid proof of the legal existence of domestic and foreign legal persons and other organizations; 3. Organizational code certificate; 4. Certificate of Legal Representative; 5. Legal representative's ID card; 6.
