Remarks: (1) The term of state-owned land use right transfer is 50 years for industrial land, calculated from the date of delivery of the land as stipulated in the "Land Transfer Contract for State owned Construction Land Use Rights" (hereinafter referred to as the "Land Transfer Contract").
