1. The bidding conditions for this bidding project include the construction of the section of National Highway 569 from Mandela to Datong Road from Xiaosha River (Ganqing border) to Ningraoyakou, which has been approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Qinghai Province with the approval of Qing Fa Gai Ji [2013] No. 1868. The construction drawing design has been approved by the Department of Transportation of Qinghai Province with the approval of Qing Jiao [2023] No. 96. The project owner is Qinghai Provincial Transportation Construction Management Co., Ltd., and the construction funds are self raised. The investment ratio is 100.0% state-owned funds, 0.0% private funds, 0.0% foreign government and organization investment, and 0.0% foreign private investment. The bidder is Qinghai Provincial Transportation Construction Management Co., Ltd., and the bidding agency is Qinghai Luda Transportation Construction Tendering Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding for its construction. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Construction Location: Within Qinghai Province and Gansu Province 2.2 Project Construction Scale and Bidding Scope: The project route starts from Xiaosha River in Huangcheng Town, Sunan County, Gansu Province, and connects to the end point of the G569 Mandela Datong Highway Wuxian section. It flows upstream along the Ningzao River through the Qingyang Sancha and sets up Qingyang No.1 and No.2 tunnels. It passes through Qilian Mountain No.1 Extra Long Tunnel and Majitai No.1 and No.2 Tunnel, and ends at Ningzao Pass. It connects to G569 Mandela and Datong Highway Ningzao Pass to the starting point of the Ketu section. The total length of the route is 34.682km, with 18 bridges of 13.030km and 6 tunnels of 13.4345km. The whole line is a two-way four lane first-class highway, with a design speed of 80km/h, an integral subgrade width of 25.5m and a separate subgrade width of 12.75m. XN-SG2: All engineering contents included in the construction drawing design and bill of quantities for roadbed, pavement, bridges, tunnels, culverts, traffic safety, greening, as well as building and mechanical and electrical engineering along the entire line within the scope of the section.
