Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: Offline ASR and voiceprint data collection, please refer to the technical task book for details* 2.2 Service Period: One year from the date of signing and stamping of the contract by both parties. If there are no objections from both parties after the contract expires, it will be automatically extended for another year. 2.3 Delivery Location: Designated Location of Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. * 2.4 Payment Method: The project cost will be directly settled by Party A (Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.) and Party B (the contracted supplier). The specific settlement method is as follows: (1) Final Acceptance Payment: After the final acceptance of the project is qualified, Party B shall issue a value-added tax special invoice to Party A within [10] working days, with an invoice amount of [100]% of the total contract amount.
