The project owner and bidder are the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Hunchun Border Economic Cooperation Zone, and the construction funds come from government funds. The project investment ratio is 100%, and the project has met the bidding conditions. The design of the project is now open for bidding. II Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: Renovation of a 20642 meter primary water supply pipeline for ductile iron pipes DN200-DN600, involving 14 road water supply pipelines including Chuangye Street, Xin'an Road, Tonghai Road, Hongtu Street, Xinyuan Street, etc; Renovate 8985 meters of PE pipe DN20-DN110 secondary water supply pipeline, involving the replacement of secondary water supply pipelines in 15 residential areas including materials, industry, and Dongyang; Replacement of 14 secondary booster pump houses and 41 water pumps (sets) in the water plant, including Xinyi Homeland and wutong Community, and replacement of 8 stainless steel pools and auxiliary facilities in 8 places, including Chunjing Xinyuan and Changcheng Xinju. Scope of bidding: Design work for the leakage control project of the water supply pipeline network in Hunchun Demonstration Zone. 2.2 The construction site is Hunchun Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone. 2.3 Service period: The design scheme shall be completed within 7 days after the contract is signed, the preliminary design shall be completed within 7 days, and the construction drawing design shall be completed within 45 days after the preliminary design review and approval. 2.4 The engineering quality requirements shall comply with the qualified standards.
